Return and Exchange Policy
Please note: item inspection is not available during delivery.
Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. Any issue with the order must also be reported within 2 days of delivery to remain eligible for return or exchange.


The product must be in its original condition and repackaged as received.
The product will be inspected by our office before shipping a replacement in the case of an exchange or issuing a refund in the case of a return.
Shipping fees will be deducted as long as there is no error on our part during shipping or any difference between the product and the description.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange is free of charge.
If the item has no defect and the customer simply wants to exchange or return it, a shipping fee will apply accordingly.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions may only be returned or exchanged during the discount period.
