Return and Exchange Policy
- Please Note: Item inspection is not available during delivery.
- Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery - Any issue with the order must also be reported within 2 days of delivery to remain eligible for return or exchange.
- The product must be in its original condition and repackaged as received.
- The product will be inspected by our office before shipping a replacement in the case of an exchange or issuing a refund in the case of a return.
- Shipping fees will be deducted as long as there is no error on our part during shipping or any difference between the product and the description.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange is free of charge.
- If the item has no defect and the customer simply wants to exchange or return it, a shipping fee will apply accordingly.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
